In Café Kafka we select daily fresh ingredients from local suppliers.

Our cuisine is based on respect and trust at our raw materials and inspired by what we like, with  the exception of a few whims

You can not miss with fresh market cuisine respecting raw materials.

Eggs are our own Corral in Ibiza. Highlights of Tartares (Beef sirloin or tuna), this season we have made a nod to Asian and Mexican cuisine. Exotic, light and delicious.

The desserts, all homemade.

The pasta is fresh and cooked al dente. The seafood always comes alive. Fish and meat are chopped with a knife in the kitchen, for example, to develop one of our most requested dishes: beef tenderloin tartare, bluefin tuna or wild Alaskan salmon.

Our Kafka babeuse omelette, salad crab imperial Russian region Chatka or beef tenderloin lion with red wine sauce and foie poêlé are other successes of our letter. The same goes for our juicy centers of hake baked or Roman (Nicolasitas) and paille potatoes or pasta ‘De Cecco’ we offer. For gourmets have Iranian Beluga Caviar ‘000’ and Joselito Iberico Ham.
