In Café Kafka we select daily fresh ingredients from local suppliers.

Our cuisine is based on respect and trust at our raw materials and inspired by what we like, with  the exception of a few whims

You can not miss with fresh market cuisine respecting raw materials.

Eggs are our own poultry yard  in Ibiza.

This season we have made a nod to Asian and Mexican cuisine. Exotic, light and delicious.

The pasta is fresh and cooked al dente. The seafood always comes alive. Fish and meat are knife-chopped in the kitchen, for example, to develop one of our most requested dishes: beef tenderloin tartare or bluefin tuna

For gourmets we have our Iberico ham 100% Bellota, our Anchovies loin from l’Escala or the Oysters Fine de Claire.
